Qualifications

• 4+ years of Controls Project Manager field experience in building controls and automation across schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, and commercial buildings.
• Certifications such as OSHA and related credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple jobs.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with current and potential clients to ensure services are being met and exceeding their expectations.
• Construct, identify, and resolve potential project and basic computer issues.
• Install, service and maintain commercial HVAC & building automation systems.
• Ensures project estimate, documents, and other information are available to all necessary personnel to maximize productivity throughout the project.

Requirements

• Proficient in HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Systems
