Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Florida P.E. license or ability to reciprocrate within six months.
• Valid contractor license (building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Direct engineers, consultants, and technical staff.
• Oversee design development, plans, specs, and execution.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for project success.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement solutions.
• Support project budgeting, scheduling and resources.
• Participate in field activities and site visits as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; support BD.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal standards.
• Mentor junior staff and foster their growth.
