Job summary

m2e Consulting Engineers in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage complex mechanical engineering projects from concept through execution.

You will oversee design development, prepare specifications, coordinate with clients and field teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance. A Florida PE license and strong HVAC expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida Professional Engineer license or reciprocity ability.
• Strong background in mechanical design and codes.
• Experience leading projects, coordinating teams, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engineering projects end-to-end.
