Job summary

m2e Consulting Engineers seeks a Senior Project Engineer in Florida to lead and manage complex mechanical engineering projects across multiple client sectors. You will oversee design development, planning, specifications, and project execution while guiding a team of engineers and technicians.

This role requires a strong background in HVAC systems, field coordination, and client-facing communication. The Senior Project Engineer will manage budgets and schedules, ensuring quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering (or related) required.
• Active Florida PE license or reciprocable within 6 months preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in construction, design, inspection or budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex engineering projects.
• Oversee design development, plans, specs and execution.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional growth.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development.
