Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Project Executive - HVAC to provide senior leadership over financial performance and operational excellence for commercial HVAC and mechanical projects. You will guide a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while driving profitable growth across business units.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction and large HVAC projects.
• Experience managing Project Managers, Superintendents, and project staff.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred; related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial targets and forecast BU results monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Provide strategic direction for project management and field operations.
• Oversee QA processes to minimize callbacks and warranty exposure.
