Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of residential and commercial HVAC families. You will manage end-to-end New Product Development projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
Proven track record releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems using simulation tools, analytics, and experiments.
Lead NPD projects, track timelines, costs, and KPIs across product lifecycle.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies to maintain industry compliance.
Provide guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales teams.
Prepare BOMs, drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders and clients.
Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA for process improvements.
