Qualifications

• Experience as a lead mechanic or in mechanical project management.
• Ability to lift and move materials exceeding 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC&R equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and university safety regulations.
