Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering technology or equivalent experience.
10+ years of mechanical design and drafting experience in an MEP consulting firm.
Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in New Hampshire or ability to obtain within one year.
5+ years of mechanical drafting experience using AutoCAD.
Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing design, including load calculations and equipment selection.
Responsibilities
Provide mechanical engineering oversight of consultants during projects.
Act as liaison between Facilities Operations and Maintenance and departments.
Prepare bid documents and provide construction administration services.
Participate in continuous improvement of campus design and construction guidelines.
