Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Minimum of four years' maintenance/repair experience in relevant trades.
• Must operate a computer and small equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems across facilities.
• Monitor and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and related equipment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and maintain CMMS records.
• Coordinate with supervisor and student workers as needed.
