Vantage Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex HVAC and mechanical projects in the New York area. You will own project execution from logistics to the customer-facing perspective, coordinating with customers, technical teams, sales, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, MEP, HVAC, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery and mechanical/HVAC environments.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the execution of major HVAC/MEP projects and coordinate with stakeholders to meet schedules.
• Develop and maintain effective project logistics and execution plans.
• Serve as a professional site representative and manage customer expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue and coordinate with sales to develop them.
• Promote collaboration across technical, engineering, and project delivery teams.
