Job summary

Unitemp Inc., a division of United Building Solutions, seeks a Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead high-profile mechanical construction projects in New Jersey and New York. Oversee kickoff to completion, mentor teams, and deliver on safety, quality, and profitability.

You will coordinate with owners, contractors, and vendors, maintaining client relationships and ensuring project success across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial and industrial HVAC project management experience.
• Experience with projects ranging from $500K - $20M.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent financial management and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial and industrial HVAC projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and field leadership.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scope documents for accuracy.
• Manage costs, billing, forecasting, procurement, and change orders.
• Identify risks early and develop proactive solutions to stay on schedule and budget.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
