You will mentor apprentices, coordinate materials and jobsite logistics, and ensure work meets safety, code, and quality standards while delivering exceptional service to homeowners and customers. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required; RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment.
• Guide and develop apprentices and installation team members.
• Coordinate materials, jobsite logistics, and project timelines.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional worksites.
