Job summary

Superior Water & Air in St. George, UT is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential and light commercial installations.

You will mentor apprentices, coordinate materials and timelines, and ensure work meets safety, code, and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment.
• Guide and develop apprentices and installation team members.
• Coordinate materials, jobsite logistics, and project timelines.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional worksites.
