Superior Water & Air in St. George, UT, is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential and light commercial installations from start to finish.

You will mentor apprentices, coordinate materials and jobsite logistics, and ensure work meets safety, code, and quality standards while delivering exceptional service to homeowners and customers. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required; RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; pass background check and drug screen.
