Job summary

Intermountain Home Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This leadership role requires extensive installation experience, clear communication, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

As a Lead Installer, you will guide projects to completion, mentor crew members, coordinate site logistics, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HVAC installation experience.
• EPA and RMGA certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
