Job summary

Southwest Cooling & Heating in St. George, UT is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to join a dedicated two-person crew. You will focus on high-quality residential and light commercial installations with a guaranteed hourly floor plus commission on each completed job.

You will work on a fully booked pipeline, receive a company vehicle, and have a clear path to a Lead Installer role within 6–12 months. Paid time off is included, and EPA 608 certification is a valued plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Familiarity installing residential and light commercial systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Ability to work as part of a two-person crew and complete defined tasks independently.
• Maintains a clean, professional appearance and respectful communication with customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and integrity.
• EPA 608 certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Complete full residential replacements, furnace installations, heat pumps, and mini-splits with a Lead Installer.
• Maintain clean work areas and clear customer communication; ensure first-time right results.
• Collaborate with Lead Installer and advance toward Lead Installer role in 6–12 months.
