Superior Water & Air in St. George, UT is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential and light-commercial installations from start to finish. You will install furnaces, condensers, ductwork, and thermostats, while mentoring apprentices and guiding the installation team.

This role demands strong HVAC knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and clear communication with homeowners. You’ll coordinate materials and timelines, keep worksites organized, and drive quality and code

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment.
• Guide and develop apprentices and installation team members.
• Coordinate materials, jobsite logistics, and project timelines.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional worksites.
