Precision Today is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead our residential installation team in the field. The role focuses on overseeing installations, mentoring helpers, and delivering high-quality workmanship while keeping customers informed and ensuring safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of lead installation experience, universal EPA certification, and strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and duct systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation as a lead.
EPA Universal Certification is required.
Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and duct systems.
Proven ability to lead installation jobs and manage a team.
Ability to read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and installation guidelines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC system installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Direct install helpers for efficiency and quality.
Ensure installations meet company standards, specs, and codes.
Plan installations with materials, tools, and timeline.
Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality checks.
