The ideal candidate has 3+ years of lead installation experience, universal EPA certification, and strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and duct systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation as a lead.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and duct systems.
- Proven ability to lead installation jobs and manage a team.
- Ability to read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and installation guidelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system installations including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Direct install helpers for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure installations meet company standards, specs, and codes.
- Plan installations with materials, tools, and timeline.
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality checks.
