Job summary

Morris Heating and Cooling seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and safety. You will oversee the installation of furnaces, ductwork, line sets, and related equipment while mentoring junior installers.

With at least 3 years in residential HVAC installation and leadership experience, you will read blueprints, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure code-compliant work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and safety standards.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring installation crews.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• EPA Certification required.
• Journeyman License required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
