Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to handle the installation of heating and cooling systems in residential settings. You will work under supervision to install, start up, and balance HVAC equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

The role requires 3+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and the ability to work in varied environments; strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 3+ years of experience.
• Must possess valid licensing or certification for the work area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in HVAC fundamentals and installation
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant/duct systems
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes according to requirements and specs.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings as needed.
• Perform system startup and commissioning.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote offerings.
• Assist Field Supervisor with planning, estimating, and audits.
• Maintain proper vehicle, tools, and paperwork.
