Job summary

Southern Home Services seeks an HVAC Lead Install Technician to supervise installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service, and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring Install Helpers, handling complex installations, and delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction and a clean, organized work site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC install experience in residential settings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• EPA certification required for environmental compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills for complex HVAC issues.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach with focus on high quality work.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to address client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, upgrade, or replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
