Job summary
Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer. You will oversee residential installation projects from start to finish, installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment while ensuring quality and safety.
This role requires leading teams, coordinating on-site activities, and delivering exceptional workmanship with homeowners and builders.
Qualifications
- Five+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Certification is required; Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred.
- Able to read blueprints and interpret installation specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, ductwork, and related equipment.
- Review installation plans and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
- Troubleshoot challenges, perform startup and commissioning, verify system operation.
- Mentor less experienced installers and maintain safety and organization on site.
