Job summary

Absolute Air Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our Hartford area team. You will install equipment to manufacturer specifications, load materials for each job, and ensure safety and quality on-site with strong customer service.

CT license (D2/S2/B) and EPA certification are required; experience with Lennox, Mitsubishi, or Bosch systems is a plus. We offer steady work, company vehicle, benefits, 401(k), and paid time off from day one.

Essential Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents the company in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid CT HVAC License (D2, S2, or B license)
• Universal EPA Certification preferred
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems
• Must have own hand and power tools

• Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour
