Job summary

Collins Comfort Masters in Tempe, AZ seeks an experienced Install Lead to install/upgrade HVAC equipment, manage duct work, and supervise apprentices. You will travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retrofit HVAC experience with knowledge of split systems, rooftop package units, duct work, basic diagnostics, and start-up procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently and mentor apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and vertical splits, rooftop units.
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure supplies and safety equipment are in good order.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule.
• Design duct systems for comfort and efficiency.
• Mentor and train apprentices and helpers.
