Job summary

Hobaica Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to supervise residential and commercial installations. You will install and commission HVAC systems, ensuring they perform reliably and safely, while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The role requires a valid HVAC license, a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of technician experience, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
