The role requires 2–5+ years of lead install experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will manage tools, coordinate with homeowners, and work in varied conditions to complete jobs safely.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of Residential HVAC Lead Install experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Holds valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
- Possesses advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to resolve complex HVAC issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of HVAC systems in residential homes.
- Lead a team of technicians, provide training and mentorship.
- Ensure work meets safety standards and regulations and achieves high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized workspaces, manage tools and inventory.
