Job summary

Hobaica Services in the Phoenix area is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to supervise the installation of residential and commercial systems. You will work with advanced tools, ensure safety, and deliver quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as HVAC technician, a valid HVAC license and a valid driver’s license, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills. We offer comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and HVAC training or apprenticeship.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems: Execute full range of installation services for residential and commercial properties.
• Follow installation guidelines: Adhere to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure systems meet standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with safety regulations.
• Document installations and parts used.
