Howard Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join our team in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with customers and crew.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and completed HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in various conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
