Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership experience.
• Journeyman or Master card a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and ensure quality installs on commercial HVAC projects.
• Plan installations in conformance with contract requirements and company procedures.
• Provide a safe job site and uphold safety culture and procedures.
• Manage coordinated and prefabricated projects and lead on-site teams.
• Think quickly, make decisions, and manage multiple jobs.
