Job summary

Moore's Electrical and Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead quality installations on commercial projects across Virginia and surrounding areas. You will promote safety, mentor crew members, and coordinate HVAC/Sheet Metal work on sites ranging from K-12 to healthcare.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while upholding contract requirements and company procedures. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman or Master card is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore experience a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.

HVAC Foreman

Location: Charlottesville and surrounding areas

The Role:

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by always promoting safety. You will serve as an essential part of successful HVAC system installs on our commercial construction projects as well as providing leadership and support on our sites. Job sites will vary amongst commercial projects throughout the area. Projects will mainly consist of K-12, University, and Healthcare buildings.

You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership.
• Journeyman or Master card a plus.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore experience a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
