The position requires 2+ years of HVAC project leadership, optional Journeyman/Master cards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of HVAC project leadership experience.
• Journeyman or Master card is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor crews.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan HVAC installations in accordance with contract requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain a safe job site and promote Moore's safety culture.
• Coordinate and manage prefabricated and on-site work; multi-project oversight.
