Moore's Electrical and Mechanical Construction is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead safe, high‑quality installations on commercial projects across Lynchburg and surrounding areas.

You will supervise crews, coordinate prefabricated components, and ensure adherence to contract requirements while mentoring your team and promoting safety on every site. This role emphasizes strong communication, decisive leadership, and reliable project management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership.
• Journeyman or Master card a plus.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore experience a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
