Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an on-site HVAC Foreman to lead installation teams across commercial projects in Virginia. You will ensure quality work while promoting a rigorous safety culture on jobs spanning K-12, university, and healthcare facilities.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC project leadership, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Journeyman/Master status is a plus; teamwork and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years HVAC project leadership experience.
• Journeyman or Master card is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore) are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installations on commercial projects with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Plan installation activities to meet contract requirements and company procedures.
• Provide a safe, productive job site and mentor the crew.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
