Moore's Electrical and Mechanical in Staunton area is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead quality commercial installations and promote safety on site. You will steer planning, coordinate crews, and ensure contracts are met on projects across K-12, university, and healthcare facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving. Candidates should have 2+ years in HVAC project leadership, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership.
• Journeyman or Master card a plus.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following protocols.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, commitment, dedication, patience, and thorough knowledge of the HVAC/Sheet Metal trade is key
• Plan the installation in conformance with contract requirements and company procedures
• Provide a safe job site and uphold safety culture
• Manage coordinated and prefabricated projects
• Think on your feet and make decisions
• Manage more than one job at a time
• Handle stress and pressure of the job
• Be a training supervisor and mentor for your team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
