Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead installation teams on commercial projects in the Roanoke area. You will ensure quality installations, promote safety, and mentor crew members on site.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of HVAC project leadership, a Journeyman or Master card is a plus, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive on-time, safe project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years HVAC project leadership experience preferred.
• Journeyman or Master card a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation on commercial construction projects.
• Plan installations to meet contract requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain safe, efficient job sites and mentor crew members.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
