Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician HVAC to perform and lead on-site services for our advanced cooling products. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain customer systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.

The role requires at least 8 years of HVAC experience, an Associate degree or related technical background, and EPA Section 608 certification. Travel to on-site locations and supervision of contractors are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC or Cooling systems.
• 35 years of experience working with Mitsubishi Electric technologyor equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead on-site services for cooling products.
• Coordinate installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Direct contractors and MEPPI personnel through all phases of service projects.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and service providers.
• Maintain service records and test results.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
