Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician IT Cooling to support and maintain advanced IT cooling products and electro‑mechanical equipment at customer locations.

You will perform start‑up services, preventive and corrective maintenance, and on‑site testing to ensure peak performance. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field with strong HVAC/refrigeration skills, problem solving, and excellent customer communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• On-site service and startup tasks at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Perform refrigerant tasks, leak detection, reclamation, evacuation, charging.
