Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. seeks a Senior Field Service Technician – HVAC to lead chiller service projects, troubleshoot complex systems, startups, commissioning and repair for commercial and industrial customers.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate field activities, and deliver expert technical support while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Requires an Associate's degree in HVAC and EPA 608 Universal Certification, plus 5+ years of experience in service and

Qualifications

Associate degree in HVAC or related field required.
EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
5+ years of experience servicing commercial/industrial chillers.
Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

Lead chiller service projects including startups and commissioning.
Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, and controls issues with advanced troubleshooting.
Perform startups, commissioning, testing and validation.
Optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
Troubleshoot advanced chiller components and system interactions.
Mentor and develop field technicians on site.
Provide expert customer support and coordinate across projects.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Drive continuous improvement and on‑call support as needed.
Represent the division with customers and vendors.
