Qualifications

• Associate degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or equivalent experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and services heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Communicates with customers to resolve questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Performs routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
• Documents call details and collects payment.
• Coordinates with dispatch to report status and availability.
