Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced HVAC technician to perform precision tune-ups and maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote services while working under supervision.

Required: 4+ years HVAC experience, high school diploma or GED, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 5–10+ years of experience.
EPA and safety certifications required.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
Diagnose and identify problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
Deliver parts and equipment and assist technicians as needed.
Record service details on a handheld device and process paperwork accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services.
Communicate with dispatch and maintain status reports of activities.
