Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.

Office location includes a service area around Scarborough, ME, with on-site responsibilities and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Role requires 6+ years in HVAC with technical training, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HVAC experience with technical training certification required
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

Responsibilities

• Works under minimal supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner
• Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent problems and callbacks
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed
• Responsible for delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work
• Communicates with dispatch to provide accurate status reports
• Delivers excellent customer service and promotes products and services to customers
