Job summary

Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of demand service calls and preventive maintenance. You will manage assigned customer accounts, open service requests, and PM schedules while upholding high safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HVAC experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisor/lead role.
• Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (Mississippi requirements).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with dispatching/service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and communication.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and service profitability.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for field operations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, OSHA/EPA compliance, and proper PPE use.
