Job summary

Upchurch Companies in Mississippi seeks an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians, schedule daily service calls and preventive maintenance, and manage customer accounts and PM schedules with a focus on safety and quality.

You will oversee field operations, ensure compliance with codes and safety policies, and drive service profitability while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HVAC experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or lead role.
• Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (Mississippi requirements).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Proficient with dispatching/service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and communication.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and service profitability.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for field operations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, OSHA/EPA compliance, and proper PPE use.

Position Summary

The HVAC Field Service Supervisor oversees daily field operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures efficient scheduling of demand service calls and preventative maintenance. This role also manages assigned customer accounts, open service requests, and PM schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
