The role emphasizes on-site leadership, adherence to codes, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sheet Metal Worker License is required.
• Master Licensed HVAC/R is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
• NATE and Section 608 certification preferred.
• Excellent English communications and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation daily.
• Serve as liaison between field crew and logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits to provide support, coaching, and QA for active installations.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with local codes.
• Identify operational obstacles and resolve issues affecting productivity and timelines.
• Conduct pre-installation walkthroughs to confirm project parameters.
• Train and mentor field technicians to improve workmanship and efficiency.
• Review installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support warranty investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide performance feedback and assist with evaluations of field staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine procedures and best practices.
