Job summary

Jetson is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager in Marlborough, MA to lead HVAC installation teams and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and documentation, act as liaison with logistics and scheduling, and mentor field technicians to improve workmanship and customer service. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Sheet metal and HVAC installation leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
• NATE and Section 608 certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent English communications and customer service.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiar with building codes and regulations.
• OSHA standards compliance.
• Safety-focused with problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tools, equipment, vehicles, and job documents to ensure readiness.
• Serve as liaison between field crew and logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits for coaching and quality assurance on active installations.
• Monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify obstacles and resolve issues impacting productivity or timelines.
• Conduct pre-installation walkthroughs to verify project parameters.
• Assess staffing needs based on business inputs.
• Train and mentor field technicians to improve workmanship and customer service.
• Review completed installations for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support warranty investigations and corrective actions.
