Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Richardson, TX seeks a Field Supervisor to lead technicians installing, maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC systems. You will oversee staffing, safety, and quality while coordinating with the Branch Manager to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years HVAC, strong leadership, and EPA/safety certifications, with the ability to read wiring diagrams and balance complex systems. Flexibility for on-call hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 10+ years HVAC experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• EPA and safety certifications required; ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technicians and helpers installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Leads installations, retrofits, and large projects; schedules crews to meet customer needs.
• Trains employees on technical skills, safety, and company procedures; ensures quality and safety compliance.
• Maintains customer service standards and handles engineering/safety reviews with Branch Manager.
