Job summary

Trane Technologies in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Equipment Project Manager to drive administration, execution, and oversight of HVAC equipment projects. You’ll manage scope, schedule and budget, coordinating with owners, contractors and field staff to ensure success.

The role emphasizes project planning, cost control, and timely communications, with a Monday-Thursday onsite pattern and Fridays flexible location. A degree or equivalent experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, equipment, HVAC or related experience; or 4+ years with related experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, sets schedules and parameters to meet objectives.
• Communicates with owners, contractors and field staff; resolves concerns and maintains satisfaction.
• Monitors ship dates against project schedules and internal ordering processes.
• Maintains forecasted cost at completion and controls expenses.
• Creates and revises project schedules with tasks, estimates and milestones.
• Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders and generate startup work orders.
• Oversee cash-flow: progress billing, collections support and resource management.
