You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate with customers, mechanical contractors, and field staff, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Competenze

• Two+ years of project management, equipment, HVAC or related experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Mansioni

• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, sets schedules and procedures.
• Communicates with customers and representatives, including owners and contractors.
• Compares ship dates with project schedules and orders processes.
• Manages forecasted cost at completion and controls expenses.
• Creates and revises project schedules with tasks, estimates and milestones.
• Entries for equipment orders and purchase orders for start-ups.
• Manages project cash-flow: billing, collections, and resources.
