Job summary

Olsson’s Facility Engineering and Design Team seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead complex projects and drive design excellence across healthcare, labs, and data centers. As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers and set robust QA/QC standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will oversee strategic resource allocation, review contracts, guide design strategies, and collaborate with clients to meet project goals on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience on complex building systems.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Projects: Serve as the primary engineer on large, multi-disciplinary projects with advanced technical requirements.
• Set Quality Standards: Develop and enforce rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure flawless deliverables.
• Mentor and Elevate: Provide technical guidance and training to engineers, fostering growth and innovation within the team.
• Strategic Oversight: Organize technical resources, review contracts, and guide design strategies to meet project goals.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Drive Efficiency: Champion best practices for project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
