Job summary

Olsson's Facility Engineering and Design Team is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality HVAC and building systems design.

You will collaborate with clients, set technical direction, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and uphold rigorous QA/QC standards across healthcare, labs, and data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience on complex building systems.
• PE licensure required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects with advanced technical requirements.
• Set QA/QC standards to ensure flawless deliverables.
• Mentor and train engineers to foster growth and innovation.
• Organize technical resources, review contracts, and guide design strategies.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Drive project execution to meet timelines and budgets without compromising quality.
